single digits, 20's to the south of us. this is what it feels like single digit wind chills it feels like zero in lancaster. that is just, with the below zero wind chills you get frostbite being outside for 30 minutes that is all it takes for frostbite and not too much longer for single digit wind chills. that is why wind chills advisory in effect for mountains because of the below zero wind chills. for us it is a winter weather advisory and that means not that anything is falling from the sky but just so much is refreezing and that means potentially dangerous conditions. we had a wrapped freeze, last night. so clear skies helped that out, no precipitation. is there your win. you can see cameras shaking. 15 miles an hour wind makes 20 degrees feel like six. sunrise at 7:08. after that happens temperatures aren't going to rise a whole lot, in fact it stays below freezing all day long with a high temperature of 27, 28 degrees. sunset happens at 5:23. even with slightly longer days we will not manage to get to 32 degrees today
