then we start to push in buffalo, scranton and closer to the new york city area as we get to 7:00 8:00by tomorrow morning, everybody in new england is in that snow line. what happens in new york is that we're going to be looking at sleet and freezing rain. this could bring up a tenth of an inch of rain for the morning commute and much of the trisay the -- tristate area. for the rest of new england, looks like it will be an all-snow event. once again we are looking at pretty hefty snowfall. so much of tomorrow is going to be a winter weather day. the better part of tomorrow for all of new england right down through the new york area. here's a look at our snowfall forecast. chicago, an additional 8 to 12 inches. detroit, 8 to 12. boston could pick up over a foot. by the way, alex just a note here. if boston does get 10 inches it would be the snowiest seven days on record ever there. new york only looking at 3 to 6. that's because we're right on that rain/snow line. but still some very impressive totals. albany could be on the overside of a foot there. so that's what we're looking at righ
