it's not normal. >> reporter: tracee wilkins, news4. >>> i'm tissue sha thomasha thompson. just got this inspection report on the bridge completed last summer. according to the report, the bridge is eligible for replacement within the next five years because it's structurally deficient. the bridge's biggest problems appear to have been significant potholes on the section of the bridge you drive your car over. the section the woman drive under actually received a pretty average score for a bridge built in the '60s like this one was. but the report says inspectors did find enough problems that they decided in december to start inspecting the bridge every six months instead of every year. and as you heard in tracee's package, a spokesman for the maryland state highway administration told us the bridge is safe and the chunk that fell is considered superficial and that it didn't come from a part of the bridge that would cause it to fail or fall down. he added only 3% of the agency's bridges are considered structurally deficient claiming that's the lowest percentage for the, quot

prince george's county county bureau chief tracee wilkins joins us live from suitland with details on those inspections. tracie? >> reporter: you can take a look over my shoulder here and even though it's gotten dark you still can see those chunks missing from that bridge. even still, state officials called the state yesterday. now they're saying let's inspect bridges like this one across the state. it was tuesday afternoon when katherine dean says she was driving down suitland road headed towards air force base when chunks on concrete fell from beneath the overpass onto her vehicle. she said she was covered in glass after the debris fell. her windshield and vehicle were damaged. yesterday some minor repairs were made to the bridge but state officials say no immediate plans were in place for major work to be done. the bridge is on the state's list of 82 bridges considered deficient. yesterday state officials said it was still safe to drive on and underneath but now they changed their tune about that and there was no comment on what happened to the woman yesterday, but today the direct

tracee wilkins found out who police were after in a story you'll see first on 4. >> reporter: this is truly an unbelievable case. we were here just a few months ago as u.s. marshals raided this same mansion to get squatters out. prince george's county police were back today to do it all again. this security video shows dozens of prince george's county police agents closing in on this mansion. the home was occupied by squatters, and according to sources close to this investigation, at least one of them was wanted for burglary. this is the second time this has happened in a home that has not been legally occupied for more than four years. >> i think that we're well organized. but apparently the squatters are even better organized. >> reporter: you could hear loud bangs shortly after police entered the house. six adults and four children were taken out. no word on what if any criminal charges the other five adults may be facing. >> this is my alligator, and we've got a swamp of vacant houses in prince george's county where the next set of squatters can be and we can't keep having 21 cars

tracee wilkins is there. >> reporter: this happened just wednesday, just before 8:00 p.m. in the 2,100 block of 54th avenue. this is what police are calling the third attack. at this point they believe they are dealing with a sexual predator. they were just out here in bladensburg in october passing out flyers telling folks about this situation. now they're out here yet again canvassing and hoping that they'll be able to find some information that can lead to an arrest. the latest attack happened on 54th avenue but there were two other assaults happened here. here are the locations. the fist occurred september 8th in 2014 at about 6:45 p.m., a man sexually assaulted a woman as she walked on a wooded trail in the 5100 block of quincy street. october 20th 2014 8:00 p.m. a man assaulted another woman in the 5800 block of annapolis road. this is a picture of the suspect. this picture was provided by one of the women attacked to the police after one of those two assaults. now, prince george's county police again believe that this man is responsible for all three of these sexual
