northwest, with relatively warmer waters the snow breaks out in rochester and into buffalo streaming in western new yorkte we have weak high pressure in control voiding any crowd color for our general area, the storm is brewing down to the south of dallas and houston to the east side of the low and pulling the moisture out of the gulf of mexico and spreading in the western tennessee valley than continues its journey to the north and east for the end of week, the timing is another beautiful day and the clouds are here at 3:30 in the morning still generally dry we may work this out timing wise to arrive after the morning rush on friday. by lunch time that is when the heavy snow breaks out in millville and dover all north and west, mixing with rain down at the shore, and even in 5:00 in the afternoon the cold air looks to win out north of philadelphia staying at heavy wet snow, the same for trenton, and the mixing line of wet snow and rain and all rain by friday afternoon and south of the city and it exits here at 7:00 and 10:00 friday night. far southern areas of the shore and southern areas of delaware q

in western parts of pennsylvania north of that low it's winter like, in the 30s in buffalo and binghamton and new york city, if you take a drive from new york city south a few hours to richmond you go from winter to summer, a 35 degree distance in a short amount of space as we look at stormtracker 6 live double scan, we are dealing with rain showers across our area but you live just to the north and it does turn into snow, we have the colder air just to the north of the lehigh valley and the poconos and scranton it is snowing but not enough cold air to drain in from the north to give us the form of snow so it stays as rain. winter weather advisories for carbon and monroe county, 1 to 4 inches of snow, and the rest of us it's a period of light rain through the 10:00 hour. at the very end there could by wet snowflakes mixing in in far northern bucks and montgomery county. but it won't accumulate and ends by 10:00 and clearing after midnight and temperatures drop below freezing in much of the area. we'll talk about april it arrives tomorrow brian and you know what? it will feel like it. a big temperature
