matt matt, let me start with you, having worked for this attorney general, what is on his mind on these goals coming out any minute, to address the nation everyone watching, on the out comes of these two very different investigations. >> i think there are two goals. one is a lasting policy goal in the city of ferguson and that is he wants to see reform to the ferguson police department. so the kind of practices, discriminatory practices that were outlined in this report that has been issued today will be changed in the future. and the second thing i think he wants to do is assure the community of ferguson there will be real change. he wants to kind of prevent the unrest that we saw last summer and the way to do that is by demonstrating a firm solid investigation into this matter and there will be change that matters to people's lives going forward. >> tremain, you spend time on the ground in ferguson and you have been in touch with folks there today after the release of the report. what is the reaction there to the finding of a pattern of racial bias at the ferguson police department? >

joe weisenthal and matt miller joining me this morning.e looking at the dollar which has surged in the last few months. things have gotten off the gas pedal. it is weakening now against all its major peers. still boys for is largest slum. the dollar rising for a 12 year high against the euro. >> the drop today is not a big deal. it is the extraordinary reality starting early last year accelerating lately hitting highs of more than a decade. that is the biggest story in financial markets. >> a lot of economists and analysts are saying it is not nearly done. maybe two thirds of the way through. we will see a once in a decade move. i was always puzzled by why a euro would be worth a dollar $.33 -- worth $1.33. and makes a lot more sense to me at least at parity. a lot of banks are forecasting a to go lower. betty: with the ecb program very likely. >> people in bond yields in the eurozone just this week -- betty: even though you thought that would have been priced in already. bizarre. >> what are they going to do? betty: that is to be question
