we have freezing drizzle in monmouth and ocean counties. for the most part a lot of this is starting to pull away and fizzle out. now we have snow showers to the northwest. this is the lehigh valley and the poconos wilks-berre scranton area. snowshowers could fall in the poconos over the next couple of hours. that should be as far south as it will get the poconos northern portion of the lehigh valley. we have got off to a slow start 65 degrees christmas day we saw .1-inch of snow. it get better in january 4.3. 10.6 in february. 1 1.9 in march giving us a grand total of 26 points 9 inches of snow which is above average. our seasonal average is 19 inches of snow. it's close to what we were calling for back in november with the winter weather outlook. things have up and down out nicely with the forecasted call. spring snowstorms are not uncommon. on average we typically see one inch of snow during the spring month. the highest storm we ever saw was 19.4 back in 1915 that occurred in april of all months. that shows you we're not in the clear ju
