washington township is 22 degrees. chester springs is 19. and 18 in horsham. a cold start ahead of wet weather that is here this afternoon. right now it is in ohio indiana and moving into chicago. that is the storm that is going to produce some light snow this afternoon. you can see at 4:00 this afternoon the snow will be falling in philadelphia. but a greater concern is this large pink area. that is sleet and freezing rain. the atmosphere will push that into the area as it warms. and eventually the warming will continue and change it over to all rain early tomorrow morning. that is when we'll see rain falling. in fact, rain for much of the day wednesday. a steady rain heavy at times, that's wednesday evening. but just rain on wednesday. then look what we have here. by wednesday evening, that snow is in pittsburgh. that's the colder air that's going to push into our area. it will change that rain back over to snow early thursday morning. and accumulating snow continues through thursday morning and into thursday afternoon. and then it goes offshore. so standby
