diane: it certainly is alison. right now we are waiting in montgomery county police headquarters, we're expecting for them to release a statement regarding this case. this is the third time since november of last year police have been called about these children walking around unattended. their parents say they believe their children should have some independence and should be allowed to walk to and from the park by themselves. someone called 911 last night just before 5:00 after seeing the children about four blocks away from their home. they were supposed to be home by 6:00. when they didn't return they started to worry and started searching for them. she says it wasn't until 8:00 last night that they heard from child protective services telling them they had their children in rockville. >> no c.p.s. has finally succeeded in making me terrified because of the threat they'll be taken away. i'm not scared of strangers. i'm not worried about strangers. it's this c.p.s. and the police that i'm worried about now. dian
