recently oewd has been working with the controller's office on analysis really focusing on our city's permitting process as it pertains to the restaurant industry. as many of you probably know, we recently launched phase 1 of our small business portal in san francisco. and it's something that i think we should feel incredibly proud of. but it's also something we should have had for a long time now. i know the team comprised of jane gong and her other members over at dt now who used to be at small business office worked really hard on launching it. and through that process really learned from start to first name what it takes to start small businesses here in san francisco. and it's no surprise that it's very difficult. and so, the analysis the detailed look at the restaurant industry is something we think should be discussed and serve as a spring board for how we can continue working or on how it is we can make our permitting process easier, streamlined, more customer friendly for our businesses that are trying to open up in san francisco. so the analysis through the controller's offi
