p.j. kennedy on the creation of a communications network for first responders. >> it would be able to provide network for first responders. so police, fire, emergency technicians responding to an incident, on the scene of that incident when the first net network is up and running would have video, things from the scene sent, to have pictures from the scene, to be able to have important situational awareness data on where everybody is on that particular scene. it would not be where the additional ambulances are. a casualty situation. you could leverage that for triage. you could go so far as to think today there are different bits and wearable technologies in the fitness world. what that was done for emergency medical services where they could play fed on a patient and get vital signs? not necessarily the devices today, but just think about the innovations. you would know who those patients are, be able to track their vital signs, and you would be able to track them to hospitals and make sure that there is continuity care -- continuity of care and adjust to changes in a rapid fashion. >> monda
