i'm speaking on behalf of my team members. throughout the semester our team focussed on finding and treating incentives for both businesses and landlords alike and hope to decrease the burden of increasing rents here in san francisco although some of our ideas could have potentially aided small businesses or legacy businesses the program creation that would have been needed could have taken months if not years to create an impasse and the condoization. the programs provide loans to businesses in mixed use buildings to purchase their commercial property from their landlord if the landlord is interested of course and the small business association program gives loans of over 5 million $5 million and and provides 90 percent of the funding for purchase provided specific requirements are completed by the business itself and these requirements are that the business must provide a 10 percent down payment and a cash flow statement a business proposal of what will be done with the funds and ownership of at least 51 percent of the commercial building

i'm again multi-faceting and a failure of the hot team. one thing that was not mentioned is their assessment which i'm having the mayor's office and human rights commission to look into because my ada rights were violated when i was stormed myself out of the hotel and i had to walk with my walker. i'm one of the lead plaintiffs for a private lawsuit against the winton hotel because of that. there are still a few clients in the hotel and until this day, i have to feind out why i was storm trooper out of the hospital. it was better at meeting my special needs as the place where i was dumped at the bottom of skid row. i'm very concerned about the lack of assessment and i have said that before which goes back to the need for a department on disability so there can be a county wide standard and i see a lot of nodding of heads because i'm going to keep saying this. there needs to be a protocol that applies to all department and contractors and a set of rules not each and every single non-profit coming up with it's own non-compliant things and exp

and i think that is the legacy that the team leads us. we can talk about policy and all these women were recognized by special operations command when the combat ban was lifted in january of 2013. in june of 20131 of the special operations leader says those young girls, i was so impressed with their fitness and the truth is i think they may well have laid the foundation for integration. so all of these conversations are still going on and by january 2015 we will know whether women will be able to become rangers in their own right. we have had a lot of conversations about what women could and should do in very few acknowledge men's of what they have actually done. so this is a team story, a story of friendship, a story of character and action and a story about the power of purpose and i hope you will enjoy the book. thank you.
