[inaudible] where do you find the money at? the first thing that you do in finding the housing for homeless people is stop criminalizing us. you have over 200 laws on the books specifically aimed at homeless people. i'm sorry because i'm homeless and forbsed to sleep in your doorway because i'm forced to sit on urpark binchs and parks, because of the fact i'm homeless and can't afford housing in san francisco. the second you do is look at the present money you are spending and ask are we get thg most bang for the buck. you take a careful examination. the third recommendation is aballs the [inaudible] you take that money and the m
