. >>> the man used in the charlson church massacre faces new charges. 21-year-old dylann roof is charged with attempted murder. it deals with the survivors. last month roof opened fire inside a church killing nine people. roof was arrested and charged with nine counts of murder, one for each person killed. >>> meanwhile the confederate flag could soon be removed from the capitol grounds in south carolina. debate over the flag was ignited after the church massacre. the state senate has already approved a bill to remove the flag. today it will be discussed by the house and if approved, the flag could come down by the end of the week. >>> subway suspended its relationship with spokesman jared fogles. fbi and police raided his indiana home. they were seen removing electronics, documents and other items. authorities say fogle is cooperating with their investigation. subway says the raid is tied to the arrest of an employee who worked for fogle's foundation. that man is accused of child pornography. >>> now at 5 minutes before 5:00 on your wednesday morning, a disabled teen attacked by a schoo

huckabee: what we can learn from baltimore and cleveland and new york, we had charlson first. we saw what god's love did for people who have their faith and who offer forgiveness instead of anger and hostility. the folks at the church in charleston gave us the most vivid picture of what god's grace looks like in a long time. that ought to be a model.
