some of that will sneak into mead county. i think lake county. for us it's a big fog bank. and 60s. will be temperatures that maybe a 40-degree drop from a week ago. remember last week it was hot inland. napa west at 13. oakland west at 13. concord west a 14. west sfo, hayward, mountain view, san jose and livermore. the cloud cover, the best bet is when the low goes around big sur, this cloud cover instead of rotating, it will come right down from the north and go over us. late tonight tomorrow is probably the best opportunity. until that time, it's a lot of low clouds, some sun but even with the sun there's a pretty good breeze there. cooler, breezy to windy for some temperatures. 60s and 70s. i might be overshooting some of these highs. this is a rather robust, cool pattern. you can feel it and seed -- see it. well inland, you can find some soft 80s. santa rosa in there and san jose and some east bay locations. 60s, 70s coast and on the pill. tonight, tomorrow and thursday is the best opportunity for rain. there will be drizzle. by friday morning, most of that should move east. >>
