the full forecast is minutes away but here's a very busy liza batallones. >>> hi there and good morning everybody. if your commute normally takes you through the dublin interchange, heads-up for big problems this morning. now the chp is warning of a traffic advisory with two lanes shut down indefinitely. there was overnight construction and apparently one of the asphalt trucks on scene stalled out. they do have a replacement truck out there but the bottom line is that two lanes are going to be shut down indefinitely as they work to clear the disabled truck and as they work to complete the road work out there. two lanes shut down southbound 680 just beyond 580. use your alternates. in the meantime long delays already, traffic down to 42 miles per hour for this stretch of 680 west. 580 is slow already leaving the altamont pass from the 205 interchange. we also have road work on the nimitz. it's in fremont south 880 two lanes are closed until 6:00 this morning. but the branch is looking good and -- bay bridge is looking good and there are no delays for the b.a.r.t. system. now to maria. >>

. >>> all right let's go to liza batallones. you seem pretty busy over there. >> all the activity right? what's going on is we've got late road work at the dublin interchange. they were supposed to clear out of there at 4:00 this morning. we're talking about southbound 680 just beyond the 580. they had some type of equipment problem out there in the construction zone. so now lanes are shut down until 7:00 this morning. two lanes closed. traffic backed up for about a half mile approaching the scene. this, in addition to the delays along westbound 580 approaching the dublin interchange. so just a long start to that commute for westbound 580 and southbound 680. west 580 slow leaving the altamont pass. now the highway 4 commute you can expect some slow traffic now leaving antioch. bound for pittsburg and no problems heading down to willow pass. just keep in mind there's a small brush fire being reported along the hillside and it has shut down i bora road in both directions near highway 4. the flames are visible from the roadway. we
