partly because republicans and democrats worked together in the 90s under tommy thompson.nherited a good situation. but instead of working with the obama administration to really take it to the top to get wisconsin in the lead of the country, in many cases he's resident fused to cooperate with the administration. he's been in the forefront of these lawsuits trying to overturn obamacare. he's refused money in certain circumstances. so i can't give scott walker credit for any decent numbers out of wisconsin. i would have to say i'll give it to a republican. i'll give the credit to tommy thompson, who set up quite a few good things in the 90s and then i will give to it a democrat. i think barack obama's plan has had a tremendous amount of good in wisconsin and a lot of other states. >> so far from professor nickels two failing grades. so healthcare hasn't been much of a talking point for republicans in the election cycle. it gives walker an opening to make gains. but how significant do you think those gains will be? >> well, this is a very important moment for scott walker. h
