to the flour i'm adding one teaspoon baking powder, one tea responsible baking soda, one teaspoon ofn't have mace, nut meg is a perfect substitution and then stir them around with a dry whisk. i'm going to hand two cups of unsalted butter. one and a half cups of sugar. i like the paddle les that have the rubber edges on them so you don't have to scrape down the bowel. while this is creamy want to prepare my orange much it's a nice naval orange. all i do is remove the stem and i use every bit of the orange after that. i want to cut it up and make sure it is the true naval orange. it smells good. i'm good to go. put it into your food processor. it looks like it will be a complete puree. chop. chop. i'm going to t add the three eggs one the at a time. ed add them all at the same time it gets a little slosh i, sometimes it jumps out of the mixer and you don't get the aeration that you really should. now that i have the creamed butter, sugar and eggs i'm going to add the dry ingredients and butter and milk alternately. when you see that in the recipe it means to start and end with dry. he
