i'm stacey cohan reporting. the cargo ship, el faro has been found one month after it disappeared during hurricane joaquin. crews using sophisticated sonar equipment scanned the bottom of the atlantic ocean. and today, the owner of el faro filed legal a ation that could block lawsuits from crew members' families. 33 people were working on the ship when it sank. the families of four crew members already filed lawsuits against tote maritime, alleging the el faro was not seaworthy. today president obama signed a budget bill that heads off any potential government shutdowns over the debt ceiling. "what we now see is a budget that reflects our values, that grows our economy, creates jobs, keeps america safe it's going to strengthen the middle class by investing in critical areas like education and job training, basic research." the two year budget deal struck between outgoing house speaker john boehner and the white house eliminates the threat of a government shut down next month. it raises the debt ceiling to preven
