vfw post 3090 in west philadelphia tonight. jennifer? >> reporter: good evening, iain. well today we watched as vfw commander fromtrict one as well as the pennsylvania state police liquor control enforcement officers entered vfw post 3090 citing several violations. they came out with boxes of records and locked up this shop indefinitely. boxes of records were seized and carried out of vfw post 3090 as the site was locked up and shut down by the vfw district one commander. >> wow! i'm very surprised. >> reporter: lisa edwards is a member of the post at 52nd and race streets. she says she stops in almost every day. >> we have fun in there. we just had a halloween party which was very nice. >> reporter: but the local vfw leaders say this post is in trouble. officials with vfw district one say 3990 is accused of of violating several liquor laws and was recently shut down and fined by the city for failing to pay taxes on beverage sales. there are also questions about the finances. glenn cuff used to hold a position at the post. he told us gnaw charge of the money. >> let's just say the money not got up to the person w
