thank you, rry: congressman duffy. mr. speaker, as i walked thugh the airport recently, i noticed a young teenager and she was traveling and she was seeming happy to be involve in whatever activity she was gog to but she wore a button on her lapel and it said, what you do matters. it caught my attention. what you do matters. iiked it. i'm not sure what was motivating her, but she wanted to communicate an portant value to elevate an ideal. i simply admired her willingness to take a stand. mr. speaker, i should say this now though. there is a troubling statistic out there, and a recent survey highlights this. a majority ofmericans do not believe, they do not identify with what america has becom. many people feel our country is slipping away but in had reality most want to reclaim the promise of our great nation. contrary to the barrage of negativity, most people hope for justifiable goals, regain power over their own lives, to regain power over the government and to regain power over their own economic prospects. mr. speaker

last event, most recent event occurred at duffy square and show you video of it that occurred yesterday afternoon by tktf countinger a man named oscar rodriguez dressed as spider-man mouthing off to a cop there when the cop tried to calm him down let hem know he shouldn't be in the area of times square. he had to may have. well they thinks got heated and that man was arrested. and then there's this if you're looking at this video from july of 2014. another spider-man not the one that was arrested couple of days ago. what another manage was pooghting with a cop whn arrested at the point in tomb brought to the court. it was eventually dropped suing the city. but in the process of all of this he was arrested again on he is accused of verbally officer. this happened over a tip a tourist came up to take a picture , and incredible hulk wasn't happy with the tip he got and reminded tourist that the way it goes in times square you can tim whatever you look or nothing at all that is your choice. problem of costume characters is what we've been talking about for some time. but to no avail there's
