two people are dead following a to catch on fire east of yanktonon rly monday morning. the south dakota highway patrol says a 31-year-old man was driving a car on the wrong side of highway 50 around 5:30 a.m. collided head-on with an eastbound car driven by a 30-year-old woman. both drivers were killed. their names have not been released. two other cars, which came upon the crash site after the initial impact, also hit the cars involved, but the people in those vehicles were not hurt. prosecutors have reached a plea deal with an inwood, iowa, man facing eleven criminal counts, including 3rd-degree sexual abuse. 20-year-old jesse visser has to three counts in the case. in exchange, the other eight counts will be dropped. visser's guilty plea relates to charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, and 3rd-degree sexual abuse. prosecutors say visser will spend up to 12-years in prison. as part of the plea deal, visser has to hand over the memory card from his cell phone, which is believed to have images of the underaged victim
