this is the intersection of germantown avenue and pike street. you see that suv crashed into that parked semi. nbc 10 was first on the scene when this happened. you can see the 47-year-old man being taken away to the hospital. i just spoke with police, they tell me the man was shot twice while sitting in his car about two miles up the road at green and mannheim. after he was shot he drove down germantown avenue but made it this far. there was so much damage to his car that the jaws of life were needed to get him out. he was conscious and talking shortly after the crash but another twist here, police found 12 small bags of crack cocaine in the passenger seat of this car. so this is being looked at potentially as a drug-related shooting. we're getting more information, we'll be back again with an update. for now the intersection of germantown avenue at pike remains shut down as the investigation continues. live in hunting park, matt delucia, "nbc 10 news." >>> thanks. 4:03. two people are hurt after a shooting in one of those was involved in a crash

here's a look at the highs for tomorrow and germantown, 61, the high. 63, waldorf and la platta.d across the area which i think a mixture of clouds and sunshine. the clouds will come and go throughout the day. here's 5:00 a.m. and you can see a few clouds at 8:00 and then you can see sunshine and by the end of the day there could be more clouds coming back. we had 60 degrees at lunchtime tomorrow still way above average and those mid to upper 40s for this time of year even at 8:00 we're looking at a temperature of 52 degrees and tomorrow is looking nice with the weather having a very low impact on our area, dry and continued warm. throughout the week we have more a-plus weather coming our way, sunshine with a high of 48 and then by the time we get to the end of the week and by the time we get to the end of the week and that's the next front tuesday and next chance of rain. by the weekend, 43, we're breezy and cold with the morning chills in the 20s and sunday, 50 with less wind coming our way and the weekend, definitely getting back to the cold air and we'll see rising temperatur
