des moines police say no home invasion at an east-side home. police say 31 year old travis williams broke into a home on east 14th street back in december 20-15 and fought with two people inside. the polk county medical examiner says williams died from a stab wound to the chest. after an investigation, a prosecutor said yesterday the 18 and 19 year old in the home at the time acted in self-defense. more help from the state is on its way to a flood ravaged missouri. k-w-w-l reports two eastern iowans from the iowa red cross are heading to the state today to help with flood recovery efforts. last week 45 soldiers from the iowa national guard deployed to high ridge missouri to help restore drinking water to the entire town. the town's water treatment plant is now back up and running... but the water still isn't safe to drink. iowa national guard soldiers will continue work on the they are expected to remain in missouri for several more days. it's the first week of the new to make healthy changes. but for some, it can be hard to stay motivated. so t
