shovhey have just been having a tough time keeping up with this rapid rate of i can tell you that the hutchison river parkway was in pretty bad shape when we came up that. the cross-county parkway was also snow covered. we thought we'd come in to see what downtown white plains looked like, ground and cars completely plowed in, like you see that one right there on heir wheels, and we have even seen one roof collapse. take a look at some video that we got a little while ago in mount vernon. a place called sports under dome actually collapsed. there are two inflatable sports domes on garden avenue in mount vernon. one of them the ice hutch is still standing, and guys were on top almost like mountain climbers using rigging and safety lines to try to get the snow off. but the one next to it completely collapsed. there was one person inside when it started to collapse. they got out okay. but we also saw a mount vernon police car that got stuck getting out of a parking lot trying to get onto sanford boulevard right by the target that everybody knows in mount vernon just off the hutch. it has been off
