late last night the driver was speeding on mcarthur boulevard when he lost control and smashed into aree. the driver 21-year-old jameel brown of fairfiel died instantly. he was not wearing a seat belt. a passenger in the car was injured but is expected to be okay. >>> there is talk of a plea deal tonight for the east bay man accused of making death threats against a local mosque. william selly appeared before a judge today but the case was postponed until next month. the prosecutor indicated at his next appearance selly would be changing his plea which was previously not guilty. police evacuated his richmond neighborhood when they found a home made local device. local muslim groups were outraged when he was released on bail. >>> use with caution, warning tonight about hoverboards from the u.s. safety commission. officials are investigating a number of falls and fires reported throughout the country including the recent incident you can see here in santa rosa. some suggestions from the commission returned the hoverboards or keep them away from combustible materials and have a fire exti
