these are drivers coming from either south had san jose -- south san jose. this had a huge impact on the morning commute and is still having an impact now. chp will be here for several more hours investigating. then they still have to get this bus towed away. we have crews working to get answers from chp and greyhound. i just got off the phone with a spokeswoman who is from greyhound, and she tells me that they are doing their own internal investigation. i asked about these allegations about the driver falling asleep, and she said she did not have the answer to that. i asked her if this is the same driver who took off from la when they bus left the night before, and she said yes. their roles are that they are able to drive for a consecutive 10 hours before taking a mandated break. than the requirement is for the driver to get nine hours of rest. as far as the drive time, this was well within that 10 hours of consecutive driving. so a lot needs to be sorted out because we don't know what caused this driver to crash. a very tragic accident, and we will have mo

deadly bus crash in south san jose. let's get you another update on this morning's deadly bus crash in south san jose. these are live pictures from our helicopter. traffic on highway 101 expected to be tied up for hours as investigators look into what went horribly wrong. delay hound bus overturned near the connector ramp good between highway 101 and 85. these pictures from earlier in the day where you can see just how slick that pavement was. it all happened about 6:40 this morning. the crash killed two women and hurt more than a dozen others, including the driver. his injuries are minor we understand and he is cooperating with investigators. as you can see, it was raining very hard at the time of the crash, but chp says it is too early to tell the exact cause. we are of course looking into the driver's records, finding out more information. we will have a complete recap tonight at 5:00 and 6:00. again, we have several crews on this including our very own investigative unit looking into what happened, why it happened.
