we see a lot of people in time's square. this morning it was desolate. at 6:00 a.m., people are up, starting to go about their business even though it's so cold, life doesn't stop. people have things to do like work in the cold. this is video we got of con ed workers in morning working away. we know they like to do the work in the middle of the night it's cold in the middle of the night. temperatures this morning, when i left long island, 12 degrees. it feels like it's in the single digits. most people have everything wrapped up. you can you can see in some people is their eyes as they walk around the streets now of new york city. we did talk to people who are used to the cold say it's cold.
