pinellas county, portions of hillsborough county not too bad. you go into northern hillsborough county or eastern into plant city and brandon. there's where the thick fog. we are calling this patchy fog. some areas clear and other areas thick. morning. and by 9:00, 10:00, a gorgeous day, cool this morning. and we warm up nicely, 65 at noon and 70 around 3:00 p.m. 44 in brooksville. it is cool. 50 in clearwater. 55 in plant city. we are at 51 in sarasota. and specifically, betty in plant city says it's cooler around 50. and what a difference, almost 10 degrees below where we were yesterday. that's one reason the fog has developed. after sunrise, clearing out. no clouds with the low humidity. cool to start the day tomorrow. and high pressure just keeps the beautiful weather here. and only a slow warm-up into the weekend. how is traffic on the 8s? >>> well, it's moving at good speeds out here. we have some more traffic as we get closer to rush hour but overall, still a good drive. and we have an accident, just outside the new port richey area. a good drive on

hillsborough and pinellas county. and now it's pushing farther and quickly to the south. so from tampa north, things are dry now. and once you get into polk county and south and east where the rain continues. and the tornado watch has been canceled. it was in effect for pinellas, pasco, hillsborough and manatee. that's been taken away. and we still have the watch until 8:00 a.m. for polk, sarasota, hardy, desoto and highlands. i suspect it will get canceled before 8:00 a.m. look at this, western manatee, western sarasota dry. this is pushing to the east. and over through highlands county at this point. let me show you how we move forward in time. this is the forecast for 4:30, so as you go forward, just one hour, we are dry in sarasota. and almost dry in polk county. one more hour, about 6:30, a drop or two of rain in that, clearing out for the rest of the day. so about two more hours where we have to deal with this before we dry out, 71 today. in weather and traffic on the 8s at 4:38, the eight-day temperature trend to see how long it will stay this pleasant. and leslee has not so pleasant news on the roadways. >>> yeah, yesterday was quite a m
