mccray is working this story for us this morning, and we go to live to q. many of the people involved here were children. >> q.: that's very true. now, this is a developing story, tia and brian. you guys are well aware that actually just called the east cleveland fire department to get more information about what who dialed 911. this is what we have confirmed so far. at least ten people were rushed to local hospitals, and many of them were children. cleveland clinic and the university hospital right behind me. most of the victims, again, were children, and they were living inside this house. we have some video of the home to show you now. it's in east cleveland on sixth avenue. investigators say the number could grow because they're not sure how many people were actually exposed to the gas and actually living and sleeping in the home at the time. they tell us the victims that they rescued were lethargic but not unconscious. they think even a furnace or hot water tank may have been the cause. according to the cdc, carbon monoxide is called a silent killer be
