camera this is i-77 by john belk and west boulevard and wilkinson boulevard and a little slow-moving traffic here as well. >> thank you. right now, a verdict in the trial of a cornelius man accused of shooting at officers is waiting to learn his fate. the first day of jury deliberations underway in the trial of charlie sane he is accused of shooting at officers. the lawyers argue he was not conscious because he was on the pamela escobar. did the jury come back and ask any questions? >> well, actually paul, they came back and asked questions but today they came back with a verdict it happened right before 5:00 p.m. and charlie sane is not guilty on all counts. now, the jury came back to i acourtroom full of prosecutors as well as defense lawyers. and charlie sane sat with the defense team and did not show emotion but his wife cried as east verdict was read. he was facing four counts of assault with a deadly weapon. and police officers believe that he shot at him two years ago. today, the jury even heard the closing arguments this morning. >> what kind forms the intent to shoot up with
