hopes of finding the two people still missing from the deadly tugboat crash near the tappan zee bridge. kristin thorne is live. good morning. >>reporter: good morning, michelle. it seems that some of the crews are starting to go back on the water, at least on the surface of the water, to continue their search for these two missing crew members. 62-year-old paul amon of bayville, new jersey, was recovered yesterday. his daughter tells us he was on vacation but got called to go back to around. afternoon 5:30, the 90-foot tugboat he was on traveling from albany to new jersey city crashed into a stationary construction barge at the tappan zee bridge. the governor spoke about the incident is says the barge was fully illuminate at the time and it seems to be a tragic accident. the coast guard suspended the search around 9:00 last night and were foshsed to suspend that certify -- forced to suspend because the waters were too dangerous. >> as much as we're concerned about the missing members of the crew, the safety of our officers is our main concern, not putting them at great risk to become victims th

zee bridge. the crews will focus their efforts on pulling the wreckage out of the hudson river. thorne is live now in terry town. kristin? >> good morning, lori, at this time, rescue crews say they are not hopeful that they will be able to find missing crew member 56-year-old harry hernandez of staten island, so, yes, they are turning a lot of their attention now to trying to figure out how to get the 90-foot tug boat out of the water. it is at the bottom of the hudson river. that is 40 feet down and it leaked more than 5,000 gallons of diesel fuel into the water. the oil slick clearly visibility if you just look at water. the boat owner, we're told, is pull the boat out. the boat, we're told has significant damage so that will make that process harder than it already would. yesterday, rescue crews found the 2nd missing crew member. 29-year-old timothy konklin of long island. his body was found in the sunken boat. >> they've reached every were able to reach in order to find the third crew member. however, there is no other spaces for them to search at this time that are accessible. operations. >>reporter: 62-year-old pa
