kirstin o'connor spoke with the mom of one of the victims tonight. she joins us live from winter park. what have police been able to say about all of this? >> reporter: it's a break in a case after a shooting that left two men dead outside this home in winter park, just blocks away from rawlins college. police tell me they made that arrest last week, but now their tongues are tied because this case is sealed by order of the courts. >> we wasn't expecting nothing like this. >> reporter: she tells us night her son was killed. >> they didn't tell us anything that night when it happened. they just wanted to know who was there. >> reporter: the 46-year-old frank freeman and 24-year-old jordan ingram were found dead after a shooting near a home on comstock avenue more than two weeks ago. investigators on scene initially said they were not searching for any suspects. but now winter park police tell news 6 a juvenile was arrested and charged with one count of first-degree murder five days after the shooting. police say they cannot reveal any details about wh

this might have concerned someone like o'connor. it would be the senate of the -- the new senate but the old vice president. al gore would have presided. if everyone was involved over what the litigation would be over what the legislature of florida could do, it may well have come down to which ballot envelope al gore chose, either way, as the presiding officer of the senate. i think it and shelby county are alike in that they reflect a contempt for congress, whether it is right or wrong. assuming we cannot leave this for congress under the 12th amendment to decide, how to count the ballot. one last point, rick's notion that we have partisan election systems now, they are not similar in the sense that those who are trying to make it easier for people to vote are not as mad as those trying to make it harder. there is not any plausible or fictitious argument about fraud when you do what north carolina did and severely cut back on the number of days of early voting. that makes it hard for people who do not have cars to get to the polls
