this afternoon, i downloaded all of the highs and lows that occurred rdu since they started using that as the official reporting station. meteorological spring is to the end of may. because of spacing issues i had to do abbreviation, which i don't like but march 2 means the second half of march, first half of april, second half of april, first half of may, second half of may. if there is a better way to do it i couldn't figure it in the time. what are the chances of highs in theoretically possible, second half of march, only 9%, first part of april 2%. highs in the 50s, second half of march, about 26% of the time and it declines as you head on into may. we start getting higher percentages with regard to the higher temperatures with highs in the 60s occurring about 1/3 of the time between now and the middle of april and then it drops off, of course, we head deeper into the spring. 70s, you can see the greatest probability there is the first half of may and we will be take aglook at 11:00 tonight as the probabilities of 80s and even 90s showing up during the springtime season. be sure to join us for tha
