mr. vodvarka. >> reporter: mr. vodvarka there's a widespread movement across the country much with bipartisan saying the prisons are too full of people who are nonviolent they should not gone to the prison in the first place. if elected do you think that argument is real and should be responded to at the federal and state and local levels. >>> i think those people should be given medical attention. when you get on drugs, you never get off them, it's so hard to get off them. you get addicted to go and punish them is the wrong thing. they don't like need punishment. they need help. i would do everything i could to get them medical help, if it's drugs or doctors whatever it would take to help the people to get them off drugs that's what we ought to do not put them in prisons or that. we have enough people in government that should be in prison. that's what's destroying the county the government we got today. it don't care, it's all by design. let's get the jobs back, all the kids on the streets they go around the corne
