jamie sullivan is here with the details. jamie: i want to start off with the best and the worst times to travel. of course, right now we are in the thick of the worst time to travel. that started right around 3:00. this is according to the traffic watch 7 waze data after 5:00, we will be a little better but not by much. i am talking bumper-to-bumper traffic. look here near sandy point. if you are one of those ones heading to the beach, get ready. this backup right now is about 11 miles. it starts well before the severn river bridge. continuing outbound as you get closer to saint margaret's. getting to the toll plaza is the rough spot. once you get across the bridge, it is smooth sailing. no issues. but again, the problem is just getting to the bridge. let's switch gears. we are going to talk 95 now. if you are heading southbound, this is through woodbridge. not at a terrible pace but it is a lot of volume. the big picture you can see here. it looks pretty typical for us. kenilworth avenue slowing. same on 395 and the freeway.
