trent lott wrote a piece saying this is really important but i think crawford, there's not that much evidence of a burden. you could make a powerful case of burden on lots of these kinds in the absence of -- opinions very much like in that sense women's health but of course you are saying we not changing cases but taking seriously the assessment of water benefits and burdens. i could even imagine in the area of reproductive rights taking a look at the question of funding, beginning with statutes that gerrymandering carve out planned parenthood by name of what otherwise would be a general category of funds as health care because it's more universal. i think it becomes more and more dramatic than a certain kind of health care that affects women is excised to the exclusion from being covered. we see more gradualism than we might create that which is put that to the panel. let's all agree to come back in five years and when we do i'm interested how many members of the panel think we will be looking at a substantially changed body of american constitutional law that seems still to be on t
