and perhaps the situation on the walt whitman bridge. matt pellman has the latest from the traffic center. >> just for you guys, i have that update. you may be able to see the really slow moving westbound traffic coming out of gloucester city in south jersey trying to make its way into south philadelphia. because of the vehicle fire just one lane is open. delays spill back on to the 4-freeway and 295, you'll want to avoid the westbound walt whitman bridge. a lot of people are do that by heading to the westbound ben franklin bridge, and now the ben is packed from 8 and and vine. one of the other big issues today of course is the septa regional rails, we have a lot of issues, but one is the septa rails running on an enhanced saturday schedule. we see big delays and overcrowding throughout the day but septa souped up other services like the norristown high speed line and subways and trolleys, if you can use them please do. and big delays in delaware because of a crash on 95 southbound, earlier debris spill on 295 southbound. and a crash on
