good morning everybody walter allen in for charley belcher. we're going to learn about par corp and american ninja warrior the other kind of admin that you teach. first of all i didn't know about instructor. let's, what is it? >> well, for instance, the program i'm with is american park. they are pretty well known group. and for them they have a 3-day certification. it's 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. over three days. written for teaching portion. it's very, very intensive. so, they don't just say okay, well you can do flips go teach, and make sure their instructors are pretty knowledgeable. then you pass that along to the kids. what is it that you pass along? >> well, agai it comes from obstacle coursing background developed a firefighter who wand to more effective at saving people. with kids and students teaching them how to navigate environment and a develop their body so they can overcome any obstacle. what has this allowed you to do in professional life and personal life as you as person? for me the reason i got into actually have huge fear of h
