right now the "washington post" reports prosecutors recommend putting former virginia governor bob mcdonnell back on trial. this saf the supreme court tossed out his corruption conviction. the conviction finding the definition of "corruption" was too broad. it needs to be narrowed. the recommendation does not necessarily mean there will be a new trial. leon: the f.b.i. released 58 pages of documents from the recently closed investigation in former secretary of state hillary clinton's use of private e-mail server. it includes summary of interviews with aides. it includes technical details of how the server in the basement of clinton's home was set up. after a year-long recommendation the f.b.i. recommended against prosecution in july and the justice department then closed the case. we now know who will moderate the presidential debate coming up. lester hot, martha radick, anderson cooper and chris wallace are selected. all of them first-time presidential debate moderators. cbs news correspondent will moderate the vice presidential on october 4. coming up next at 4:00 -- a change to t passage
