andria borba, kpix 5. >> the suspect's name won't be released till family can be notified. both officers are being interviewed by the district attorney's office. >>> new tonight at 11:00 p.m. a bay area student athlete is at the center of a sexual assault case. this time at san jose state university university. as kpix 5's betty yu found out, the student accused of attacking two women is nowhere to be found. betty? >> reporter: that's right. the school says this student appears to have left the country after being banned from campus amid sexual assault allegations. san jose state university university officials say two students came forward to report a water polo player raped them over labor day weekend. the school says he maintained his innocence from the beginning. in september the san jose police department and the school's office started investigating after the first woman came forward. two weeks later another woman did the same. and the school suspended the athlete. he is not allowed to participate in any practices or go on campus property. >> it is sad because after t
