i'm courtny gerrish. and i'm charles benson. live today on live at 4...in court today - a milwaukee police officer charged with sexual assault. he's the same officer at the center of the deadly shooting that lead to the sherman park violence. his name is officer dominque heaggan brown. he was involed in the deadly shooting of sylville smith.that shooting sparked violence and millions of dollars in damage in the the deadly shooting is still under review.the sexual assault charges against officer brown were issued today. george mallet is in the newsroom with more on the accusations. this criminal complaint reads like a graphic horror novel.an alleged victim-- was in tears in a hospital emergency room--- his lips trembling as he accused heaggan- brown of sexually assaulting him when the victim was extremely impaired. tonight the 24 year old cop faces two counts of felony charged in a separate case of prostitution.and, in a third unrelated incident, heaggen- brown is charged with with distributing a recording of nudity without conse
