downtown salem last night. a fox25 employee took this video on his cell phone after his woman and two kids as they were crossing that intersection heading to the t l.a. last night. both were 10 years old and the night. both were 10 years old and the mother and husband taken to all three of them we understand from police, they were hurt pretty badly, but fortunately, all of them are expected to survive. the salem news is reporting the driver is 52-year-old -- a 52-year-old man from beverly arrested on scene and driving under the influence. this was closed as police work to reconstruct the scene but was opened back up a cup of hours later. we understand the first oui charge for that driver. and we are working to learn more about him and keep you posted. live in salem, jessica reyes, fox 25 news. >>> we are working to get details of another crash involving a pedestrian that happened at the intersection of street around 11:00. our over in took the video say the driver remained on the scene. more details as soon as they become available. >>> several boston police officers are on paid leave as the district attorney's office investigate a deadly shooting.
