jim-- >> yes, david. this is house in level and the adjacent barn. it was the scene of the weekend party. unfortunately, it was a party that did end in tragedy. joseph-- of tewksbury, facing serious charges in connection with the violent death of a 15- year-old boy. identified as ethan costello also of tewksbury. it happened friday night on this property. it was an underage drinking party in an adjacent barn. >> the victim -- the defendant responded by picking him up and slamming his head floor which caused grievous injuries to him. the defendant bragged to other people about what he had done. >> reporter: he was not drunk and responsible for his actions. his lawyer has a different take. >> there was no one being thrown to the ground. there was a push. and in unspeakable tragedy, the victim in this case fell to the floor and it seems that he hit teenagers were drunk. when friends tried to bring the victim in the house, the homeowner allegedly said get that kid out of here. i'm not dealing with drunk kids. they eventually drove him to the hospital. meanwhile an uncle of the defendant says
