chef kevin dahlen is here from the machine shed to make delicious pork loin kabobs with the hard cider glaze. doesn't that sound good it makes you almost like fall. >> almost. >> great to see you kevin. >> hi guys. >> this is a fun time of year. i think you transition from the comfort foods things that are a little more hearty. >> yes. today i'm doing for porktober we're doing featuring our angry orchard hard cider. made it with a glaze like with brown sugar and cooked them to a nice glaze for these nice pork kabobs i have here. >> those are big boys over there. i think that is one of the things you want. you think about a kabob i think of a little more small appetizer size these are not. these are the size of an arm. >> yes they are. [laughter] >> they are pretty to say. >> what do you have skewered on there? >> pork loin, cut it into cubes 1-inch and it fits nice on the skewer. fresh pineapple, fresh bell peppers, red onion and cherry tomato. >> so bright and colorful too. >> perfect for fall. >> the glaze has the hard apple cider on it right? >> yup. brown sugar, a little soy. >> ho
