u.s. senator tammy baldwin from wisconsin was on the list, too. and at the bottom of the list was bernie sanders. clinton ended up picking longtime politician tim kaine four months after the email was sent. hillary clinton would be president. more than 150,000 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade voted in scholastic's 2016 presidential survey. hillary clinton had 52% of the vote while donald trump won 35% , of the ballot. 13% of students wrote in other choices. scholastic's student survey has picked the right winner in all but two presidential elections since 1940. those exceptions were in 1948, when harry truman won, and 1960, when john f. j won. governor scott walker says his support for republican presidential nominee donald trump hasn't changed. the governor also says he has confidence in the integrity of wisconsin's election, despite comments from trump that the election is rigged. >> we've gone out of our way to make sure it is easy to vote in wisconsin, but it will also be hard to cheat, so inspect the integrity of the vote
