we're learning more about what happened at del sol high school through "ati poni's" arrest report. police say poni took a girl from the school without her parent's permission to his home. that is where police say he sexually assaulted the teenager against her will. the girl's parents noticed her behavior was different, and she eventually told them what happened. police say poni had a relationship with the teen, and they say he used his position of authority as her coach to pursuade her into metro police released the mugshot of a man they say brutally attacked a woman at an a-t-m. police say "michael estes" is the man who beat the woman. metro says the victim was standing near the a-t-m when estes pulled up to her, and body-slammed her to the ground. the victim was also kicked, and her face was stomped on multiple times. she suffered facial and skull fractures. a friend told police the victim had an on and off again dating relationship with estes, and he threatened to kill her the day before the attack. estes has a preliminary hearing on november 22nd. we are working to gather more
