thanks for joining us i'm linda loveland. >> >. i'm gerald owens. the keith scott was shot and killed by an officer back in september, and his death sparked protests across the country. we got the autopsy report today. story that people have many questions about, but the autopsy does at least give us a few more answers. scott was shot three times, once in the posterior chest, once in the abdomen, and once in the arm, and abrasions were reported by the medical examiner. a foxology report shows he was on sedatives and anticonsultants, but no al or cocaine was found in his system. the autopsy explains his cause of death, but at this point it's just a piece of the investigation. scott's wife has said she believes her husband was shot because of his race and that he was an armed -- and that he wasn't armed, but the police say scott was indeed armed. the investigation is on going, and the officer remains on paid leave while the investigation continues. >> a lot 6 of interest in the case. thank you. >>> a local teacher is on paid text messages she sent to
