there have been so many different things that we've had to have in place to get him up to nairobi. coastal air, which agreed to donate the flight for us. we've had to have a special crate built. we've had to get import and export permits and veterinary permits. and to try and get everything coordinated and have everything in place so that when the elephant actually gets onto the aircraft everything is ok. and to make sure that when we get there, everything else is ready and waiting for him. it's been quite a logistical nightmare. we're just giving him a very low dose of zephrone, which is quite him panicking and make sure he's ok when we load him at the airport. we've had to design a crate that he has some movement in but that fits into the plane and prevents him moving around too much inside the plane, because it's a small aircraft. and we've designed the crate in such a way that we can have constant contact with him throughout the journey, that we can still feed him. and we're probably going to have him on a drip all the way up as well, so that if condition deteriorates, we've go

so what we're finding, and by the way, last year the white house travelled to nairobi to speak at thentrepreneurship summit and found millennials are entrepreneurial by nature. what that means is we care more about policies over party. and that is we care about good governance. so what i found is that millennials care about three things. and i've narrowed them down to what i call the three "rs." respect for everyone no matter what your race, religion, and especially if you're lgbt we respect everyone. number two is responsibility for your actions. millennials are definitely, definitely all about law and order, being responsible for the environment, and being responsible for caring for those who are less fortunate. and lastly this is most important, we care about reward for performance. so that means hey if we're getting up at 8:00 avlt m. to go to our class and earn our agree we expect a good-paying job when we graduate. so when we hear a candidate that says something like hey let's put america first. let's make sure you're bringing jobs back to america, not sending money overseas and
