arkansas. face. that's going to do it for us on a wednesday ?? >> announcer: this is breaking news now from today's tmj4. >> and that breaking news, a man is shot and killed on the city's northwest side. the shooting happened around 4:00 at 68th and congress, police are still on the scene. the area is still blocked off. >> katie crowther is live on the scene. she just spoke with the victim's katie? >> reporter: shannon and charles, it is still a very active scene out here. police are investigating what exactly happened. witnesses say a teenaged boy was shot and killed while sitting in a car on 68th between capitol and hampton. that victim's family, who i spoke w including his sister and mother, has gathered out here in shock and devastation. the witness i spoke with saw another teenager walk up and then run away into a back alley. that witness was out here doing yard work when he heard those shots. >> it was bad, terrible. to see a young kid like that shot. you know, he got shot multiple times, i heard seven shots. >> reporter: as he said, he heard seven shots, the victim was hit five times. again, everyone out here crying, devastated, wondering when violence like thisis stop. a
