otis tyrone mckane was arrested on monday and faces capital murder charges. police believe the 31-year-old shot and killed detective benjamin marconi writing a traffic ticket. sunday's shooting was just one of several attacks against law enforcement over the weekend. this is a really bizarre story. a pinellas teacher is suing the city of tarpon springs after one of the toilets at her school, exploded! anne burson was hurt when a piece of porcelain tore into her leg at tarpon springs fundamental elementary school. this happened back in 2012 but details weren't made public until a lawsuit was filed this month in pinellas county. burson says she was sent to the hospital and her she blames a city crew working on water lines outside the school for not warning district administrators of the potential problem. a second toilet at the school exploded earlier in the day. but no one was injured in that incident. burson has since retired as the school's media specialist. she's suing the city for 15-thousand dollars. the city would not comment on the case. if you're shopp
